I think Fern turned out pretty well! Fits nicely; like the neckline; like the hemline. I wasn't sure whether I wanted to block the Fern Pattern panels flat or not, but in the end I decided I like the lace rippling a little, as it definitely wants to do. And I'm not sure that the sproinginess of this particular cotton/microfiber yarn wouldn't make heavy blocking useless, anyway.

Very very pretty! The fern panels really make it. I just finished a leaf lace scarf with a very similar pattern and loved it so much I have to knit another. Looking forward to your pattern!

I love watching your designs evolve. They are never re-workings of a basic pattern, but seem to be total inspiration. I deeply appreciate your generosity in sharing these patterns as I slog through the knit to keep the kids warm and hope to be able to try one of your patterns soon. Thanks

The top is so beautiful, the lace is lovely - and I really like the empire waist effect below the bust.
