Can I repost your Yarn Shop review to Motivi a Maglia? (Obviously with link to this blog andd attribution of text and, if you allow me the use of one, pic.)

Beautiful looking yarn! I look forward to seeing the completed projects in magazines, etc.

I'm so jealous! That looks like a great yarn shop - and they even have some web presence (rare for Italian yarn shops, isn't it?). Though I don't want to think about how expensive that yarn is - I paid 4 euro 5 years ago for an espresso in Piazza San Marco.

In 2007 I took a photo of a Venice yarn shop on Calle Vechia, which I think is #1512 Via Giuseppe Garibaldi (Castello).
I didn't go in - I think it was a holiday when I passed the shop.
Sorry for lack of details!

I was looking for a yarn store in Venice a couple of years ago, the one I found was smaller than this though. If I find myself back there I think I need to take a lys map!

I was in Venice about two years ago...made the mistake of not taking knitting for our cruise...so had to search for LellaBella. She gave me a children's pattern book and helped me pick out various colors of yarn.
Thank you for helping me remember the name and the bridge it was near!
